I watched my own emails hit spam for three weeks. Set up SPF. Set up DKIM. Nothing changed. Turned out Gmail was never signing my outgoing mail because I missed one checkbox in the Google Workspace admin panel. One checkbox. That was it. Most guides tell you to add DNS records and stop. They do not tell you that Gmail has its own DKIM activation step. Or that DMARC without a reporting address is useless because you never see who is failing. Here is what I need from you. Domain name. Access to your DNS provider. Access to Google Workspace admin if you have it. I will log in, find what is missing, and fix it. SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Then I will send a test email from your domain to 3 different providers. Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo. You will see the headers yourself. If your emails still hit spam after I touch it, you pay nothing. What is your domain?
