Build a twitter bot

We need the twitter account of three well known and award-winning filmmakers gain many followers, even though they are late to the twitter game. There are 36 thousand tweets about their work, going back 10 years, that have been collected by fans on other accounts. These are retweets. Most of them are in a twitter archive that you would have to know how to activate. The task for you would be to build a bot and send all these original posters of the RTs a message saying something along the lines of: “Great news for us: these filmmakers are now on twitter. Here are their handles, so you can follow them.” I will provide the exact phrasing, obviously. With twitter having a limit of 1000 tweets per day, it would have to be done simultaneously from many different accounts, otherwise it would take a month. I would like it done within a week. These should be real accounts. And they will have to be spaced out so as not to exceed the hourly limits for tweets. What I would need your reply to do: 1) Please show me that you are a coder well-versed in twitter coding. 2) Please let me know how long this would take – it would mean sending out almost 36k tweets. But automated, always with the same message. 3) How can I be certain that you know how to work with the archived tweets? (again: an account has collected these tweets, in the form of retweets. I need your bot to write to each one of the original posters). 4) How would you show and prove to me that these DMs have actually been sent?
