Twitter's API doesn't actually expose a "notifications" feed the way it shows up in the app, so what I'd end up polling is the mentions and replies endpoint, and DMs too if those matter, then build the keyword match on top of that. Worth flagging upfront since it shapes what's realistic to catch. For the build itself: a Ruby script authenticating against the API, polling on a schedule, running the offer, verbal offer, and transfer filter against each new item, and writing the daily matches into a Google Sheet through a service account so it just appends rows without you touching credentials by hand. I'd have it running unattended from day one, cron or similar, not something you kick off manually every morning. One milestone, $640, done in 3 days from go-ahead.
