Create Bootstrap/Angular form and hook it via API to existing backend

Input fields: Client information and Address (~10 fields)
Custom fields (textboxes, checkboxes and one file upload (in total ~8 fields)
*) Create the input form with all elements according to the given CI information
*) Perform text input validation checks when the “Order” button is clicked
*) Perform graphic input validation via backend check
*) If the validation is clear, submit the data to the backend and display a message
*) If the validation is not clear mark the fields that have failed red and supply an information to the user on how to improve the input
*) Handle text validation (min length, max lenght and format (ie email))
*) Handle image validation: Check rough file parameters (format/size) upload asynch to backend and receive and handle feedback that is then output information to user.
*) Send data to backend via API (definitions will follow)
Must haves:
+)Good understanding of BS5/Angular
+)Excellent communication skills in English or German
