Creating HTML pages or theme for a website based on inspirations and css framework

I am using a backend admin template package that is based on bootstrap (not adminlte but something similar).
I need someone to create HTML pages(codes) and required files for the front-end design based on the inspirations files and CSS package (package has most component including card, form, sliders etc).
Writing HTML original code from scratch based on a framework for one website.
I will provide page design inspirations and all the pages should be created according to that.
This is totally html+css design task.
Just front end only. Nothing to be done in the backend.
Professional and Validated code.

Please Don't Put the placeholder amounts (will be ignored), go through it understand the project, and then provide the quote also considering the budget.
Please don't ask what my budget is after putting a random amount.
Strictly Need a periodic update
It must be done within the deadline. Preference to those who can complete it as soon as possible. Include how many do you need, and we need the task done by the period.
You need to transfer the file after each milestone transfer.
Please, discuss all your conditions, limitation, requirements, etc. before the start of the project or the agreement.
