dart server not connecting to hasura, using HAPROXY and postgres

I have a server that I was working on, it works locally on my mac but when I uploaded the server to ubuntu, it will not connect to hasura, I want to be able to access hasura through HAProxy so I can go to the console remotely, I also want hasura to work with the tables in postgres, I am sure it is an easy fix for someone who has experience with Haproxy, Hasura, Ubuntu, and Dart. So if you know these technologies, please apply within, once we accept the project, I'll give you a username and password with sudo privileges
