Modern Informational Website UI/UX

I’m building a clean, modern, and minimalist informational site and need a UI/UX partner who can take the whole front-end from concept to functional pages. The single most important factor is effortless, user-friendly navigation; every section should feel obvious and intuitive on desktop, tablet, and mobile alike. Here’s how I picture the flow: • Start with low-fidelity wireframes that map out a simple, well-labeled structure. • Progress to high-fidelity mock-ups that capture a minimalist aesthetic—ample whitespace, restrained color palette, crisp typography. • Hand off fully responsive HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript files ready to drop into my hosting environment, along with brief implementation notes. I’ll supply the core content and branding guidelines as soon as we kick off. You’ll refine the information architecture, design the UI, then code the front-end so that pages load fast and remain consistent across major browsers.
