We’re looking to redesign our existing website ([login to view URL]) to align with our updated brand language. The website is currently built on Shopify using an existing theme (theme link - [login to view URL]) (password - 1). We want to retain the same theme, but completely overhaul the UI/UX, visual design, and overall experience. 1. SCOPE OF WORK 1.1 Complete Website Redesign (UI/UX) & Development - Full website redesign with premium ecommerce-focused UI/UX - Initial design creation on Figma - Final delivery to include all design assets - Banners - Creatives - Product visuals - Website graphics - Full implementation on the existing Shopify theme - Ecommerce-ready deployment - Bug fixes and optimization support as required 1.2 Pages Included The following pages/modules are included within the scope: - Homepage - About Us - Shop / Product Listing Page - Rewards Page - Store Locator Page - Blogs - Contact Us - Product Detail Pages (PDPs) 1.3 Custom PDP Development 4 master PDPs to be designed and developed Each PDP will have flavour-specific customization for: - Spearmint - Double Mint - Watermelon Ice - Citrus Ability to switch: Can visuals Nicotine strengths dynamically 1.4 Custom Store Finder Fully custom-developed Store Finder functionality integrated into the website 2. TIMELINES 2.1 The design phase shall be completed within 7–8 (seven to eight) working days from the Effective Date or from receipt of required inputs. 2.2 The development phase shall be completed within 7-8 (seven to eight) working days from approval of final designs. 3. DELAY PENALTY AND INCENTIVE 3.1 Delay Penalty 3.1.1 In the event the Vendor fails to meet agreed timelines without prior written consent of the Client, the Vendor shall be liable to pay a penalty equivalent to 2% of the total project consideration per day of delay. 3.1.2 The total penalty shall be capped at 20% of the total project consideration. Applicable in cases where timelines are missed without prior written approval 3.2 Performance Incentive 3.2.1 In the event the Vendor: - Completes the project within agreed timelines; and - Delivers the project in accordance with agreed scope and quality standards the Client shall pay an additional 10% of the total project consideration as a performance incentive. 4. What we will provide: 4.1 Shopify access 4.2 Existing theme link 4.3 3D renders of the product cans 5. What you will be responsible for: 5.1 All design elements including banners, creatives, icons, and visual assets translating brand direction into a cohesive, high-quality design system 6. Expectations: 6.1 Strong, modern, premium D2C design sensibility 6.2 ability to translate brand language into clean, high-converting UI 6.3 Experience with Shopify-based design constraints preferred 6.4 Structured, conversion-focused layouts (not just visual redesign) 7. Deliverables: 7.1 Figma design files (all pages) 7.2 All design assets ready for implementation Please share your portfolio, especially any D2C/Shopify/E-commerce work done previously.
