I have an 3d Unity Aquairum with fishs inside. I want to add algae growth.
Deliver animations of growing algae of different types. Since fish shall be able to eat from these algae too, make sure to implement a function for slow growth and functionalities to be eaten, at least in particular. Also add an animation for the algae to die and finally disappear. It should look realistic and the animation should be influencable by water movement.
Big Algae-plants should also offer some kind of food for the fishes. So make them spawn objects at a certain size.
It's not necessary to make the spawned food look realistic of animated it. It's not part of the project to animate the water, control the physics or the light. Just prepare the plants and do it with well commented code.
