Mixed Reality Tennis (Unity)

We want to build a simple mixed reality tennis game for Oculus Quest 3. It can be built initially, really, as a Unity VR game for Quest 2, but at some point it will be played on a real tennis court using the new Oculus Quest 3 color passthrough feature.
The user will simply map the corners of the court and the net and the Oculus will take care of everything else, so its more or less a VR build.
The game should have fun deviations on tennis, such as prizes and awards that can be collected on the court and give the player advantages over their opponent We want to spice tennis up and make it more of a video game experience. Ball effects and speeds, player powers, different things.
It does not need to be super advanced, just fun and simple. We'd like to get the project done in 6 months and are prepared to pay a fulltime salary. Bonus on completion. We do not want to hire someone who is working on other things and will take forever.
If the work is good we will have more work for you to do.
