I basically need a city in the same vein as GTA but on a mobile optimised scale. So think roughly 20% as big.
It needs to be mobile optimised so relatively low poly with a small texture set that can be imported into Unity (So FBX i think).
I would like it to be an island (I can handle the water), have an airport, city, jumps, parks, forest, a mountain with dirt roads and other interesting locations.
