I would mitigate this by enforcing a single source of truth in Airtable and automating generation and updates via Claude AI and ElevenLabs so every artist and render job references the same canonical shot record. I have built multi-step automation pipelines that connect Airtable, LLM APIs, and TTS services for cinematic sequences, and I have produced UE5 cinematic deliveries with full character animation, Niagara particle systems, and MetaHuman facial work. I have directed fluid and soft-body simulations and performed color grading to dark, desaturated palettes with saturated energy accents. I have also scripted shot lists, VFX briefs, and VO injection so editorial assembles without missing elements.
