I already have the entire scene and animation set up inside Unreal Engine; the only thing still missing is a believable hair pass. You’ll get the project folder plus the groom asset for one specific character, and I need you to make the strands react convincingly to both the character’s motion and any wind I trigger through the level. The goal is a realistic look, so please leverage UE’s Groom component, Niagara wind forces, or whatever combination you normally use to achieve natural secondary motion without noticeable clipping or jitter. Once you’re done, I should be able to hit Play and watch the animation with the hair settling, swaying, and responding to gusts exactly as it would in real life—no further tweaks on my end. Deliverables • Updated .uproject with the finished hair simulation module enabled • Any custom Niagara systems or physics assets you create, neatly organised in their own folder • Brief note (text or quick screen-record) explaining any settings I might want to adjust later—wind strength, stiffness, collision, etc. I’ll send the download link as soon as we agree, and I’m ready to test your first pass right away.

I have analyzed this project and I have to say this aligns perfectly with my expertise in character hair simulation within Unreal Engine. Your need for believable hair strands reacting realistically to character motion and wind aligns perfectly with my skills in Unreal Engine’s Groom component and utilizing Niagara wind forces for natural motion. I’m available to start immediately and deliver on schedule, ensuring a high-quality result without clipping or jitter. And if you’re not satisfied, you simply don't pay. Send me a message so we can discuss your project in more detail. Regards, Garren Katts

I specialize in creating ultra-realistic hair simulations in Unreal Engine, and I’d love to bring your character’s hair to life. Using a combination of UE’s Groom system, Niagara wind forces, and advanced physics, I ensure hair reacts naturally to motion and environmental effects—settling, swaying, and responding to gusts exactly as it would in real life. What you’ll get: Fully updated .uproject with hair simulation seamlessly integrated. Organized custom Niagara systems or physics assets for easy reuse. A brief guide or screen-record showing adjustable settings like wind strength, stiffness, and collision. My approach guarantees smooth, believable hair motion without clipping or jitter, so you can hit Play and see it work instantly—no extra tweaks required. I can start immediately once you provide the project folder and groom asset, and deliver a first pass for testing right away. Let’s make your character’s hair look and move like real life.
