URGENT: Visual C minor program adaptations and customizations (including branding)

Modificacions on the source of a Visual C program, to improve graphic appareance and translate texts to spanish. Appareance should also improve and show logos of my company, suppressing all coments / refernces and/or connections to previous company. Program is open source and BSD licensed, so there is not be there legal issues to do the clone. Main Goal is that final appareance should change so no one can identify this program to be a clone to the original release

Program is an Outlook Plugin to connet to a VoIP System (to a PBX called Asterisk).
