hello, your method has one leak worth closing before you spend money on it. telling a reviewer the tasks in advance destroys the most valuable thing a first time visitor has, which is the ten seconds before anyone tells them what to do. does the shop make sense, does it look like somewhere you would enter card details. once i know the task is find a product and reach checkout, i stop shopping and start completing a chore, and you get a competent report about a journey no real customer takes. so i would do it in two passes. cold first, thirty seconds on the homepage with nothing explained, written down before anything else. then the tasks you send. the other thing that turns this into signal rather than a pile of opinions, since you are hiring several people, is noting the exact step where hesitation happened rather than a general impression. one person disliking a colour is noise. three people pausing at the same point in checkout is a finding you can act on. i will also give measured load numbers on throttled mobile rather than saying it felt slow. do you want the cold pass before you send the tasks? mobile or desktop? fifteen minutes will not cover both properly. have a nice day.
