hey everyone, i'm the founder of a mental health app built specifically for ADHD brains. the core concept is anchor + novelty routines you pick 1-2 fixed habits (anchors) that happen every single day, and the app rotates fresh activities around them (novelty) so your brain doesn't get bored and quit after day 3. we have real paying users and organic traction but i'm trying to crack a repeatable UGC format before scaling to creators. here's my problem honestly i've been going back and forth trying to find the equivalent of othe apps did with their prank format. something where the hook, the app, and the reaction are all the same thing. not scripted. not salesy. just genuinely repeatable. what i have to work with: a quiz that identifies your specific ADHD struggles (focus, time management, hyperactivity) and builds a personalized plan around them a result screen that shows your 3 main problem areas and your anchor + novelty schedule real users who've built streaks they never thought were possible the anchor + novelty concept which has real neuroscience behind it what i'm looking for: a format that can be filmed by 10, 20, 50 different creators and still feel authentic every time. not the same script. the same structure. but for a mental health audience, mainly ADHD. if you've built repeatable formats for health, wellness, or productivity apps before i'd especially love your input.
