I have a ANSI C++ background for which I'm wanting to get involved in the Visual GUI side of development for C++. I have specific questions on certain aspects of VS2010 C++ that will helpfully clear up some confusion on my side.
I have Visual Studio 2010 and have been playing with a template to create an outlook looking application using the MFC C++ wizard in VS2010. I'm able to modify different aspects of what has already been generated, however I'm trying to get an understanding on launching/closing dialogs with the evnironment. I have attached a sample screenshot of the running application attached..
Person responding should posses the following:
- Experience with VS 2010 C++
- Must have C++ MFC GUI development experience with VS 2010 or 2008.
- Must be available for a 1-3 hour session..
- Must speak English.
- Must have a microphone.
I figured that we could do a GotoMeeting session so we can share each other screens to display examples or step through code. Let me know if you can do a quick tutorial and lesson on MFC and C++.
I'm looking for a person of a lot of experience, I willing to pay more experience.
I had to extend the bid as I'm headed out of town for a few days. I'm unsure if I would have time tonight to meet with someone.. Thanks
I believe based on some comments and suggestions from the bidders, I will have to increase the number of required hours to 3-5 hours. It doesn't have to be complete all at once, in fact, there is no way that I would be available for 5 hours straight. I'm thinking maybe 3 x 1h:30m sessions.. So basically, I added 2 hours to the project requirements. No hard feelings if you feel the need to withdraw the bids.
It is also critical that I can understand you.. Must know english :)

Try me to get an idea of what I m able to give you. I suggest that you may first get an expertise on the Windows application without mfc to completely understand the working and then switch to mfc.
I have experiences about 6 years teaching Visual C++ and VB.Net. If you are interested, I can send sample of my works. Thank you very much. Best Regards, Sayed Mulkhan F
