Build me a custom "Design Editor" App

I need a custom "Design Editor" App to work with an existing New Shopify Website. The App needs to utilize a set list of fonts, and uploaded images to design custom printed envelopes. The current design editor "fancy product designer" shown here ([login to view URL]) is not very simple to use, it might be ok for T-Shirts, but not anything like a business card, letterhead or envelope. It is subscription based and is very expensive. The address text block comes in as 2 pieces, and seems over complicated, and wonky.
The "Design Editor" App will create a preview (not print ready pdf, but a huge plus if doable), and report the information entered by the customer to the shopify cart, as well as the fonts and sizes used.
