Professional Website Redesign with flash

I am wanting a redesign of my website in html, there will be 11 pages including the contact form, contact form landing page, Terms and Conditions and privacy pages. I want it appealing to the corporate world but still want it to be exciting to visit. I want it to have a very modern flavour as we are providing services for the latest technologies and want the site to represent that. My current site is [[login to view URL]][1]. I provide services for the global market so would like the site to suggest this. I am not interested in Artiseer designed or standard templates. It is to be an original design with flash and moving menus etc. If you think you can design a better header than what we have already, please feel free to do so. (Header is attached) Also, I am not interested in an hourly rate, please give me a firm quote with your bid or I will not be interested in looking. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). 2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project. ## Platform n/a
