Client Server Vb.net Application

Looking for someone who can create Client & Server Application, (Both application will have login
1. Client Application will connect to Server application on specified (IP or Domain Name) & Port.
2. Client application should have user login to open the application, this user login will be saved locally in encrypted form.
3. When client application will be connected it will display Connection status & License Expiry.
4. Client application will receive information based on stock market order will be placed through API (Zerodha, Upstox, NEST etc...) whatsoever the platform is chosen in configuration.
5. Server application will have manage console to approve the client license and sorting feature to knows which client is expiring in 15 days or 30 days etc...
More information will be given after selection.
I need source code of the application after that i will compile it myself to see everything is working properly.
