VB.NET Project parse complex xml

My name is Mike. I and my business partner have been in telecommunications for over 30 years. I have a complex XML response to parse and put into a Dataset. I have to retreive 999 or less Suppliers at a time. These 999 will be put into a Dataset, Then I need to get the next 999 add those to the dataset and so on until all Suppliers retrieved. I need a set of classes that I can send the response to and have it parsed and added to a dataset. The Response is Different If I am asking for all suppliers or just a specific supplier by ID.
