.NET Winforms: DevExpress Grid Copy/Paste - Keep Format

I have a DevExpress grid control with cell selection. User can click to select different cells. When copied and pasted in Excel, I need the cells selected to have the values and format the same. It can be any configuration the user selects. It needs to be fast. (meaning if there are gaps, etc.).
For example, in screenshots.
It needs to be in VB.NET 4.7+ Winforms.
If you need to install devexpress, they have trial you can use.
I am looking for a working solution, fully tested, with clean code.
