vbulletin mod

I need a little mod created for the newest version of vb which would let the users vote up/down each thread its posts. This would ideally mimic digg.com. It would be similar to [url removed, login to view] but can be used on 3.7.* and is custom made. The user could unvote after they've voted, options for each user to sort by amount of votes and also a voting treshold where if it's under a number of votes it'll show that post as hidden. Some functions would also be needed to sort by highest or lowest votes on the main page and each thread. Voting needs to be done throught ajax. This needs to be created as an addon.
