design a code on FPGA to display temperature on a 7-segement display on nexys4

Will deliver the project by today itself, Having exp in FPGA/ASIC/PD in industrial level around 10 years.

Hi I have been working on Verilog-VHDL and Xilinx and Altera FPGAs by more than 6 years. I have already worked on similar projects of basys3. The temperature sensor is connected through the I2C protocol and its debugging is a bit tricky. after receiving the temperature value from the IC, it needs to be converted to BCD in order to display on the seven segment. Please let me know if the requirement is still there I can work on it. Thanks
