Fashion Influencer Social Growth

Role Type: Full-time (remote, based in India) Monthly Budget: ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 (depending on experience) Start Date: Immediate About Me: I am a international-based creator building a fashion, beauty, and lifestyle influencer brand. Content will be shot professionally (with a videographer), and I am looking for a dedicated partner in India to handle the entire back-end: editing, uploads, engagement, strategy, and growth. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who loves fashion, makeup, styling, and digital trends. Responsibilities: Video & Photo Editing Edit reels, shorts, and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. Add music, transitions, subtitles, and graphics (fashion tags, outfit details, etc.). Create polished thumbnails and Instagram covers. Social Media Management Upload and schedule content across platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). Write engaging captions, research and apply trending hashtags. Maintain a consistent posting schedule (3–4 reels/week, 1 YouTube video/week, daily stories). Community Engagement Respond to comments and DMs (with brand-appropriate tone). Engage with fashion/beauty communities online. Monitor trends, suggest viral content ideas weekly. Analytics & Reporting Track followers, engagement rate, reach, and growth. Provide monthly reports with recommendations. Brand Partnerships (optional but a big plus) Prepare media kits & rate cards. Reach out to brands for collaboration opportunities. Manage deliverables and deadlines for sponsored content. Requirements: Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar). Experience managing influencer or brand accounts (fashion/beauty niche preferred). Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies. Creativity and ability to propose content ideas (scripts, styling hacks, makeup looks). Excellent written English (bonus if comfortable with Hinglish captions). Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Nice-to-Haves: Prior experience with fashion/beauty influencers. Graphic design ability (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
