Deliverables & acceptance criteria • 10 short-form videos to start (1080 × 1920, <60 s, .mp4) • Captions hard-burned in brand colours and fonts • Viral hook within the first three seconds • One thumbnail per YouTube Short (1280 × 720 .png) • Project/source files for any future tweaks • Turnaround: 48–72 hours per batch with reasonable revisions Platforms: Instagram and YouTube.
