Japan Two-Minute Video Project

I’m putting together a large-scale, people-focused video and need 130 native residents of Japan to help me out. Each participant will simply record a casual, relatable two-minute selfie video on a smartphone or webcam. No fancy gear is required—natural lighting, clear audio, and an authentic vibe are what matter most. After you accept the task I’ll send a short prompt in Japanese that you’ll read or paraphrase on camera. Once the clip is done, you’ll upload the raw MP4 or MOV file to the shared folder I provide and confirm that you’re happy for the footage to be used in future marketing material. Deliverables • One 120-second (±10 s) video per person, shot in landscape or portrait • Clear view of the participant’s face, steady framing, minimal background noise • File name following the format I’ll supply (e.g., [login to view URL]) • Signed release form included in the same upload folder I’ll review each submission within 24 hours and release payment as soon as it meets the simple quality checks above.
