Syncing the visuals to a timed script sounds simple until the pacing shifts once you hear the actual VO against picture, that's usually where the real revision goes, not colors or transitions. I'd build the first cut loose on timing so that adjustment is cheap. Links to share once we're talking, faster to show a couple here than list them.
