Bioacoustics Analysis of Wild Animal Vocalizations: Noise Reduction, Scientific Spectrograms & 3D Sound Visualization Project Overview I am conducting a wildlife bioacoustics research project and require assistance processing eight (8) field recordings of wild animal vocalizations. The recordings contain background environmental noise and need to be cleaned while preserving the original characteristics of the animal sounds. The Final deliverables should be suitable for scientific publication and presentation. Audio Recordings The recordings include the following vocalization types: Aggressive vocalizations Mating calls Alert calls Play vocalizations Chewing sounds Cub chatter Play-stopping signals (older animal correcting young) Calls that need to verify by comparing. Each recording contains background noise (wind, insects, flowing water, etc.) that should be removed without altering the natural vocalization. Scope of Work 1. Audio Cleaning Remove background noise while preserving the original animal vocalizations. Avoid over-processing or introducing artificial artifacts. Deliver cleaned audio in 24-bit WAV/BWAV format. 2. Scientific Bioacoustics Analysis For each of the 8 recordings different behavioral, generate publication-quality figures including: High-resolution spectrogram (2D) Frequency spectrum Oscillogram (waveform) Frequency vs. time analysis Acoustic measurements where applicable (dominant frequency, peak frequency, duration, etc.) Figures should be suitable for inclusion in a scientific journal. 3. 3D Sound Visualization Create a photorealistic 3D visualization that allows viewers to "see" the sound. The animation should: Represent sound energy in three dimensions Synchronize precisely with the cleaned audio Look realistic and scientifically inspired (not a music visualizer) Be suitable for educational and research presentations Files I Will Provide 8 different type/folder (total 33 sets) original field recordings (WAV/BWAV) A reference video showing the preferred camera movement and viewing angles Additional instructions if required Deliverables Cleaned audio files Scientific spectrograms (high-resolution PNG/TIFF and editable source files if available) Frequency graphs Waveform graphs 3D sound visualization videos (MP4, 4K preferred) Any project/source files used to create the outputs Required Skills Bioacoustics or wildlife acoustics Scientific audio analysis Audio restoration/noise reduction Raven Pro, Avisoft-SASLab Pro, MATLAB, Python, Audacity, Adobe Audition, iZotope RX, or similar software Blender, Houdini, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, or equivalent for 3D visualization Important This is a scientific research project, not a music or entertainment project. Accuracy in preserving the natural characteristics of the animal vocalizations is more important than artistic enhancement.
