Overlaying video passages of selected characters onto selected areas of the display and timing them to appear to be singing what's heard.
I've recorded a really good stereo audible of a parody of the Beatles record "You Can't Do That," and their Ed Sullivan Show video is the setting and background. Already on YouTube here: [login to view URL]
Struggling now to supplant the face swaps with video passages instead, for the sake of seeming startlingly lifelike, I'm wanting the placement on the timeline to be so precise as to make the moving lips appear to be the source of the singing that's heard. (similar to the popular "bad lip-reading" vids seen on YouTube, etc.) The finished video will get replaced from time to time, as Special Prosecutor John Durham's criminal trials of American lawbreakers in the "Russiagate" affair continue to be in the news. The chosen characters have become Hillary Clinton as "Ringo" on the drums, Barack Obama as "John" on the lead vocal, Andrew McCabe as "Paul," and Mark Zuckerberg as "George." (Expropriating video online does not require paying anybody any royalties, by law, because the video isn't for commercial purposes but only for "opinion" of the 'editorial" sort.)
Hello,
I am writing this proposal to Overlaying video passages of selected characters onto selected areas of the display and timing them to appear to be singing what's heard.
Thanks
