I run a growing YouTube channel and want to hand off the day-to-day work so I can focus on recording. Here’s what I need: • Uploading & scheduling – receive raw files, polish any metadata, set custom thumbnails, add end screens, and schedule releases so content goes live consistently. • Content optimisation – research keywords, craft compelling titles and descriptions, and tweak tags and thumbnails to boost CTR and search visibility. • Audience engagement – reply to comments, pin highlights, and keep the community conversation active within the first 48 hours after each upload. • Partial video editing – I handle the core storyline, but you’ll step in for both basic cuts/transitions and advanced touches like motion graphics, colour correction, and light sound sweetening when required. We’ll collaborate in a shared Google Drive folder, and you’ll update a simple tracker outlining upload status, optimisation actions taken, and engagement notes. Success for me looks like: 1. At least two fully prepared videos ready to publish each week. 2. SEO-friendly metadata in place before the scheduled time. 3. Comment section moderated within 24 hours of posting. 4. Edited segments delivered in the agreed format (ProRes or MP4, 1080p/4K as recorded) with clear version naming.
