Soccer Video Player Tagging

I need help turning raw football (soccer) match footage into precisely tagged video my dictation team can rely on. You will be tagging an entire match, saving the output video of this tagging to a shared folder. Accuracy is everything here. Stable internet that can handle large video downloads and uploads is important because each file is an 85 minute video around 5GB. When you respond, let me know briefly: • how closely you follow football, • any past experience with video-analysis or tagging tools, • your internet speed, and • whether you have collected sports data (or similar) before.
