Multi-Platform Panel Discussion and Q&A Live Streaming

I’m gearing up to run recurring, education-focused Panel Session with Q&A sessions and need them broadcast at the exact same time to YouTube, Facebook, Zoom, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I already have the content plan and audience; what I’m missing is a streaming professional who can make the multi-channel delivery seamless and reliable from first frame to sign-off. The assignment covers everything from pre-production tech checks to going live and wrapping up with usable replays. You’ll advise on (and help configure) the best toolchain—whether that’s OBS, vMix, StreamYard, Restream, native RTMP setups, or a hybrid—and make sure each platform receives a clean feed with synced audio, branded lower thirds, and chat integration. Because the format is a live Q&A, latency management and smooth switching between speakers and screen shares are vital.
