I’m commissioning two companion videos that will let our community feel the spirit of this year’s Rath Yatra long before parade day. 1. A 60-second trailer • Tone & pacing: Traditional and cultural, celebrating the festival’s heritage rather than flashy modern cuts. • Purpose: Sit at the top of our social-media push and LED screens, building anticipation. Think vivid shots of the chariot, devotees, garlands, traditional music beds, and concise text overlays that invite viewers to join. 2. A longer demo video • Visual brief: Daytime scenes only, captured or rendered to look as true-to-life as possible. The sequence should walk viewers through the full route, decorations, chariot design and movement, crowd flow, and other key highlights so sponsors and officials can visualise on-ground logistics. • Style: Clear, informative, and realistic—no cinematic filters that hide detail. If 3D mock-ups or drone-style fly-throughs help convey scale, please weave them in naturally. Technical expectations • Final files in 1080p (H.264) plus an edit-ready project file (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or similar). • Two iteration rounds after first cut for both videos. • Music and ambient sound must be royalty-free with proof of licence. Send a short note on how you’d approach capturing or creating the chariot movement, what software you prefer, and links to any culturally themed work you’ve done before. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right creative partner.
