Trogir Villa Videography Needed

I need a local videographer in the Split-Trogir area for a half-day shoot at a high-end villa. The goal is a polished real-estate showcase that makes the property feel unmistakably luxurious. Scope For roughly four hours we will move through key spaces—elegant interior rooms, landscaped outdoor areas, and all standout amenities. Natural light is excellent on site, so timing will be planned to capture it at its best. What I’m after • Smooth, cinematic footage in at least 4K. • Creative but accurate representation of each space, making it easy for potential buyers to visualise scale and flow. • Basic colour correction and light grading so the final piece is ready to publish. Deliverables 1. Edited highlight video (60–90 seconds) suitable for web listings and social media. 2. Optional longer cut (3–4 minutes) if the footage supports it. 3. All usable raw clips. I’ll have a brief shot list and on-site contact ready; you simply bring your camera, gimbal, and preferred lenses. If you can also capture a few drone passes, let me know—though the core of the project is ground-based.
