Villa Plot Exterior Videographer

I need a skilled videographer to capture the exterior of several villa-plot developments. The brief is straightforward: provide crisp, well-composed footage that showcases the plots from both the ground and the air. Drone work is essential alongside steady ground-level shots, so you’ll need to arrive with the right UAV, gimbal, lenses, and any permits required for aerial filming in our area. I’m looking for sweeping overhead passes that define the boundaries of each plot, plus closer walk-throughs at eye level that highlight access roads, landscaping, and any key features. Natural lighting is preferred; golden hour passes will earn extra points. Please film in 4K (or higher), log profile if available, and supply the edited clips as ProRes or high-bitrate H.264 files along with the untouched originals.
