Hi I have a video file with mov extention. It is close to 1GB. My developer compressed it and it become 55mb. Right I try to host on my site I know my site is fast. The video comes so slow. But when I post the same video to Youtube it comes so fast. I want host my vide effectively so it comes fast. Also I am looking for way to promote my video.(Optional) Thanks,

I have a web server (for my own website) that is hosted by Yahoo Small Business which has extremely fast file transfer speeds. I would host your file in a separate folder that would be designated to only you. I could even set up an FTP account with access to only you so you can upload the file yourself to minimize any extra hassle if you'd like.
