(A) Overall view of the system and uses
A teaching system to up to nine remote users: one to many (1 to up to 9).
Up Nine simultaneous and separate skype video calls from nine single low-end PCs. ! remote (called user) one PC and one Skype videocall.
Teacher's terminal must control everything of the nine calls from his own master PC without having to start/end/adjust each o the nine remote PCs skype calls. Without staing up or "hand interfacing" with the nine remote PCs.
Of course all of them in the same LAN segment.
One teaching session can be 1 or ½ h and names, data and skype accounts for “next” learning session will be provided to the teather forma central database. Skype accounds forwarded to remote PCs by Skype's APIs
Ideally the teacher will be able to start and end theaching session with just pressing one button. So ending a single one video call of the ongoing session.
And the teacher will have up nine video terminals infront each terminal should be given a “user name” to identify.

We will have a system like this:
- (*) 1 central PC windows or even server (as teachers master terminal) with:
o W7 or Win XP Based
o Audio and video will be captured on a separate professional video system.
o Dashboard for up to nine remote PC s.
o EXTREMELLY IMPORTANT: EASY TO USE!!! for master terminal operator with no need to know anything about Skype.
o Each of the nine remotes PC with their own skype call to remote end user.
o One client’s database like Mysql or ODBC connected to get end users email address and privileges.
- Up to nine windows thin clients PCs:
o With their own video I/O and audio I/O. In fact video from the teacher will be the same from a shared professional video input.
o with XP or W7 .NO LINUX as video cards drivers are not so easy to find and skype's APIs for linux are not so capable.
o Each with a Skye client of them devoted only to establish one unique skype connection to a single remote end user.
o Their behavior should be fully controlled from (and only) the master (Teacher) PC
- Master (Teacher PC) should have:
o Support an ODBC client as is not yet clear what will be the central database to read end user (called) data from.
o Full control of the nine remote (up to 9) PCs Skype sessions:
? Master PC must be an EASY TO USE mix of a remote control screen for nine remote skype video calls,
and dashboard of the nine remote pc. Remember that up to 9 remote PC will be handling a single skype video call to end remote user.
? Audio / video adjustments of each nine remote skype devote PCs
? Ending /starting a videocall / all videocalls
? Reading from de data (by ODBC) base the nine Skype addresses of the “next learning session” nine.
? Also general data (name, city, new, returning) from up to nine users that will share the next learning session.
? Sending to the nine remote one single skype account to call to and assure that the call is settled.
? Single ending / starting of the nine remote skype sessions.
? Calling ALL IN (up to nine) with just one button.
? Showing a small banner on the corner: Name and city and frame color codes later on.
? Several languages capabilities with a text database to easily change (only English, Spanish for the moment).
- Remote PC:
o Assure that the up to nine remotes are handling ongoing skye video calls to a single end user right from the inputs received from the master pc.
