There are two files. One is an existing mp4 video file. The second is a Webex Video conference recording in wrf format. This should be converted to mp4 format. This file should then be edited/spliced to the end of the existing mp4 file to make one continuous file. Clarity should be allowed to have good viewing to be viewed on a website and [login to view URL] channel. File one is 54 seconds long. File two is 4:37 minutes/seconds long. Our company will then add a audio track to this single video
