Fix .avi file errors and join with .wav

I made a screen recording using the open source software "Camstudio"

At the end it threw some sort of error and saved two files, one .avi file and one .wav file

The .avi file is 2gb in size and the .wav is [url removed, login to view] in size.

Neither one of them can be opened at this point.

I'd like someone to take the files and repair the issue and join the audio together with the video. The contents of the video are a 1hr 15min webinar.
