It works like this: The customer can write to our chatbot via facebook, telegram or website. Via chatbot the problem of the mobile phone is identified and the customer can buy the repair. After paying, the courier goes to the customer's home to pick up the phone. The cell phone is repaired by us and the courier delivers the repaired cell phone to the owner. That's all.
