Video Editor for Construction & Property Reels -- 2

# Freelance Video Editor – Ongoing Construction & Property Reels (CapCut or DaVinci Resolve) I'm looking for a reliable video editor to work with on an ongoing basis editing short-form social media content for my business, Aerospex Visuals, based in Australia. This project is initially a paid test edit, with the goal of building a long-term working relationship. I produce content every week for builders, roofing companies, electricians, real estate and other trade businesses. ## Important To show you've actually read this brief, please begin your proposal with: **"Aerospex Ready"** Then tell me your favourite Australian beach. Proposals that don't include both will not be considered. ## About the videos Typical project includes: * 30–45 second Instagram Reel * Construction or property content * Drone footage (DJI) * Ground footage (DJI Osmo Pocket 3) * Shot in D-LOG * Licensed music (provided) * Modern, clean, premium editing style * Fast-paced but not over-edited * Colour grading * Speed ramps where appropriate * Logo at the end * Basic animated text where required ## What I'll provide * Raw video files * Reference reel showing the editing style I want * Music * Logo * Branding * Any required text * Clear editing instructions ## What I need from you * Edit the reel to closely match my existing style * Colour grade all footage * Keep pacing engaging * Export in 1080x1920 vertical format suitable for Instagram * Deliver the editable project file (CapCut or DaVinci Resolve preferred) * Be happy to make one round of revisions I'm not looking for someone to reinvent my style.
