Las Vegas Black Film Festival

I need half day coverage for two days (4/23 and 4/26) of an upcoming film festival in Las Vegas where my film is being screened. The job spans both photography and videography, with an emphasis on capturing behind-the-scenes moments and the key event highlights that will keep my social channels and brand buzzing in real time. Photography • Candid storytelling throughout the venue—focus on me (a first time filmmaker), audience reactions during or after my movie screening, and the décor that sets the mood. • Quick red-carpet portraits of me and my family. We are traveling to Vegas for Baltimore, Maryland and I want to capture the memories. My indie film is nominated for about 10 awards. Please deliver a balanced mix of lightly retouched, high-resolution JPGs and a separate batch optimized for Instagram. Video • Short-form vertical footage: crisp 1080×1920 clips ready to be stitched into reels. Expect plenty of BTS material, speaker intros, crowd energy, and any striking design elements. • Rough cut reels (15–30 sec) needed each night so we can post while the buzz is fresh; polished edits can follow within a week. Key moments to prioritise Audience reactions during my screening, striking shots of the décor and setup, and, of course, the film rolling on the big screen. Coordinating with me will help you know when to position yourself for those beats. Deliverables 1. Day-of selects: 20+ edited photos plus 2 draft reels delivered nightly 2. Final package: full photo gallery (≈200 images) and 6 refined reels within seven days of wrap All footage and images should be shot on professional mirrorless/DSLR or cinema-grade gear with clean audio for any spoken segments.
