The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The work will include the following tasks:
* Prepare and fact-check invoices before sending them to customers
* Assists with duties on an as-needed basis
* Expense reporting and organization of expenses as necessary.
