What We’re Looking For:
* full time employee.
* 30 hrs a week.
* 6 hrs per day.
* Answer phones calls and emails; responding to customer questions / complaints and ensure all inquiries are handled and documented on-line in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service when corresponding with customers phone.
Work FromHome Requirements:
Fully functioning desktop-computer
Windows 7 Operating System or higher (IMacYosemite Operating System or higher)
Reliable, hard-wired high speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download & 5 Mbps upload)
VOIP Telephone will provided by us
Designated home office area, clear of outside sounds or distraction
Telephone headset or USB headset (no speaker-phone or ear buds)
Customer Service rep will be required to work USA working hours and requires excellent command of spoken and written English. In your bid, please mention the words happy to work.
