I'm in search of a proficient virtual assistant to help streamline my workweek. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing emails, and handling personal tasks. Fluency in Moroccan Arabic is a plus. Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Requirements: - Appointment scheduling - Email / calendar management - Strong organizational skills - Fluent in Arabic (Moroccan Arabic is a bonus) - Have a U.S. phone number **Key Responsibilities:** - **Email Management:** Sort, organize, and respond to emails as needed. Keep my inbox organized to ensure no important message goes unnoticed. - **Calendar Scheduling:** Input appointments and calls into my calendar, providing timely reminders to ensure I never miss a commitment. **Weekly Hours & Time Zone:** - The assistant will be needed for less than 2 hours each week. If needed for more than the 2 hours, they will be fully compensated. - Any time zone is acceptable, as my schedule often has flexibility and can accommodate different working hours. **Ideal Skills and Experience:** - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. - Previous experience in email management and calendar scheduling. - Strong communication abilities to liaise with third parties if scheduling requires. - Trustworthiness with handling confidential communications. - Proficiency in English and comfortable using digital calendars and emailing platforms. **Other Requirements:** - You should have a reliable internet connection and be proficient in using digital tools relevant to the tasks. - Though not a requirement, prior experience as a virtual assistant would be considered a significant advantage. I'm looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and can work independently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to fill a few hours of their week with meaningful work that helps keep my time running smoothly.
