I am looking for someone EXPERIENCED with Customer Support for a Shopify Dropshipping website. You will be handling just EMAIL support.
(if you have a phone number and can answer calls this could be considered). These include looking up order numbers, tracking numbers. Answering questions, etc. Must have FULL EXPERIENCE and speak FLUENT ENGLISH.
All Emails should be answered within 1 hour and your shift will last for 12 hours. Within these 12 hours you will have to check up on emails and make responses. I do not expect you to stay in front of the computer for 12 hours, just checking periodically for the emails.
We receive around 50-100 emails in 24 hour time span.
So you can expect to answer anywhere from 25-75 emails per shift.
Easy job for someone. Payment is $250 fixed and we are hiring two people.
