Looking for a part-time office & administrative assistant for a manufacturing company
Must have good communication skills.
Must be friendly and outgoing.
Must be self-motivated and be company-minded.
Time management and organizational skills
Must be able to drive to job location -- it is approximately 6 miles south of Hansen, ID.
Must have good typing skills
Experience with MS Office and/or Quickbooks a plus, but training is available.
Answering phones & taking orders.
Packing & mailing products from a customer order sheet.
Calling customers or potential customers
Creating customer invoices in Quickbooks (No previous experience necessary, training is available)
Minor modifications to website (Training available)
Assisting owner with various tasks as requested
Some cleaning and tidying around the shop
May be asked to run errands
