Online Property Manager Needed

Job Title: Online Property Manager Location: Remote Job Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract] Salary: Full-time: Starting from £3,200 per month (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) Part-time: Starting from £1,600 per month (4 hours/day, 5 days/week) Job Summary: The Online Property Manager will be responsible for managing multiple properties virtually, coordinating with tenants, service providers, and internal teams, and ensuring that all property-related operations run efficiently. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of residential and/or rental properties remotely. Handle tenant communications, including inquiries, complaints, and lease-related matters. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections with vendors and contractors. Monitor rent payments and follow up on late payments. Maintain accurate records of property-related expenses, contracts, and documentation. Conduct virtual property inspections and provide detailed reports. Implement and maintain property management software and online systems. Assist with onboarding new tenants and preparing rental agreements. Track market trends and advise on pricing, occupancy, and property improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience in property management, real estate, or related field. Familiarity with property management software and online tools. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage remote operations efficiently. Knowledge of rental laws and regulations is a plus. An active Airbnb account (as a guest) is mandatory.
