Personal & Digital Marketing Assistant

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide support directly to me while working remotely. Working to a German timezone is a must As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative and digital marketing tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools. Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative, marketing and client projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision that includes the development of PowerPoint presentations in English without typos or grammatical mistakes and to a high visual / design standard Responsibilities: Respond to communications Schedule meetings Book travel and accommodations Manage a contact list Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records Organize calendars Perform market research Create presentations, as assigned Provide customer service as first point of contact Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used Maintain digital dashboard of several different accounts Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns Prepare emails to send out to customers Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success Assist in SEO campaigns Set up and run PPC campaigns Requirements 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing Experience executing paid social media campaign Experience executing paid search campaigns Experience in executing SEO campaigns Proven experience as a Virtual working Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services Excellent Powerpoint / Google Presentations ability Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills Solid organizational skills A good eye for design flawless English verbal and written German is plus
